Refund policy
Return Policy
Customers may return new, unused, unopened products in re-sellable condition within 30 days. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thedentalshop.ca. If your return is approved, we will arrange a return via our courier company and provide authorization along with instructions on how to prepare and return the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. Additionally, items must have been purchased directly from TheDentalShop.com to qualify for a return or refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your account. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing and posting of the refund.
