Directions for Use

1. Apply a small amount using a clean finger, cotton swab, or custom tray.

2. Spread over teeth and leave undisturbed for 3–5 minutes.

3. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use.

4. Use 1–2 times daily, or as directed by your dental professional.
